The Yuxi silver deposit in Hami,Xinjiang is the only independent type in east Tianshan area,which is located in the old land of middle Tianshan and the north of ALATAGE-JIANSHANZI fault.
玉西银矿床为东天山地区唯一一处独立银矿床,位于中天山老地块,阿拉塔格-尖山子大断裂北侧,区内地质构造复杂,岩浆岩发育,非常有利于银矿富集。

Although there are many corundum deposits (spots) ,no industrial deposit of gem exists grade up to now in Hebei Province, which primary corundum ore has characteristic of shallow imbed, large grade, reddish - wine red color, translucence to opaque et al, but corundum can produce lower grade gems after manual improvement.
河北省刚玉矿床（点）较多，但迄今还未发现宝石级工业矿床。

主料
银鳕鱼件10两（400克），小洋葱，番茄各1个，青豆1汤匙，蒜头2粒，盐和胡椒粉各少许。
配料
调味料：盐1/2茶匙，胡椒粉1/4茶匙，生粉1汤匙。芡汁：水3/4杯，茄汁3汤匙，好味汁、生粉各1汤匙，生抽1/2汤匙，盐1/4茶匙，糖3/2汤匙。
做 法： 1、银鳕鱼件冲净抹干，涂匀盐及胡椒粉，腌15分钟；洋葱及番茄切角，蒜头切碎。
2、烧热4汤匙油，替银鲟鱼件薄薄涂些生粉，放油内用中火煎至两面金黄色及熟透，取出。
3、剩馀油爆炒洋葱、蒜茸，加入青豆及番茄兜匀，倒下芡汁煮滚，把鱼块回镬与汁料齐煮片刻，即可上碟。
备注
心得：银鳕鱼在冻肉店及超级市场有售，一般是急冻的，吃时，要预早从冰格转至雪柜内解冻。
