The Special Steel Plant successfully developed 37Mn steel for Class J55 oil well pipes on its first test,by adopting the measures such as the use of EAR-LF-CC process flow to set down reasonable technical measures,strictly controlling aim carbon content,preliminary elimination of oxygen,adjustment of refining slag and protective casting.
特殊钢厂采用EAF-LF-CC工艺路线研制,通过制定合理技术措施,严格控制钢终点碳、预脱氧,调整精炼炉渣、连铸保护浇注等措施,一次成功开发了J55级油井管用37Mn5钢。

The stress relaxation characteristics of three kinds of high grade oil well pipe steel were studied,and the residual stresses after warm straightening at different temperature in pipes made of these steels were measured by means of X ray diffraction.
对三种高钢级油井管(C90、G105、P110)的应力松弛特性进行了研究,并测量了这些材料制造的无缝钢管经不同温度温矫后残余应力的变化。
