Aiming at the existing problems of brazing technique for horizontally projected jet bit,the influence of bonding temperature,pressure and time on the quality of the welding seam was investigated by means of vacuum diffusion bonding,and the optimum technological parameters for high-quality welding seam were determined.
针对水平射流钻头钎焊工艺存在的问题,采用真空扩散焊接工艺,研究了焊接温度、焊接压力和焊接时间等工艺参数对焊缝质量的影响,并确定了最佳焊接工艺参数;水压试验表明,用真空扩散焊接制造的水平射流钻头焊缝致密性好,在70 MPa压力下无泄漏。

In allusion to the problems of vacuum diffusion welded jet bits, a technique for manufacturing horizontally projected jet bits by means of vacuum diffusion welding was put forward.
