补充资料:间歇精馏
      又称分批精馏,将料液分批加入塔釜中进行的精馏操作。所用设备与连续精馏设备的差别在于底部配备容积较大的塔釜,塔体无提馏段(见图)。从塔釜产生的蒸气沿塔上升,与回流液接触传质后,进入冷凝器。一部分冷凝液作为产品,一部分作为回流返回塔顶。由于塔顶产品中易挥发组分的浓度高,釜液中易挥发组分的浓度不断下降。当降低到规定浓度时,停止操作,釜液一次排出。
  
  与连续精馏相比,间歇精馏的特点:①是非定态过程。操作中釜液量不断减少,其中易挥发组分的浓度也不断降低。因此,若操作中保持回流比不变,塔顶产品中易挥发组分浓度将不断下降。若要保持塔顶产品组成不变,则回流比必须不断增大。②全塔都属于精馏段。为获得与连续精馏同样组成的塔顶产品和塔底产品,其能耗大于连续精馏。
  
  间歇精馏操作灵活,适宜于处理品种和组成经常改变而且批量不大的料液,还可以只有一套精馏设备把多组分混合液初步分成几个馏分。
