材料
熟鸡肉500克,鸡清汤2500克,鲜菇100克,熟豌豆100克。
调料
精盐10克。
做法
鸡清汤高火6分钟烧沸,除去浮油杂物,放盐调好口味。鸡肉切块,再把鲜菇洗净切成小片,在汤盘内放上鲜菇片、豌豆、鸡肉,盛上汤,高火2分钟即可。
