控制测量 control survey 在一定的区域内为地形测图和工程测量建立控制网(区域控制网)所进行的测量工作。分平面控制测量和高程控制测量。 平面控制网常用三角测量、导线测量、三边测量和边角测量方法建立。三角测量是建立平面控制网的基本方法。随着电磁波测距技术的发展,导线测量日益受到重视。边角测量既测角又测边,有利于控制方向误差和长度误差,提高精度。工程测量中,可在测角网中加测部分边长,或在测边网中加测部分角度,以达到所需要的精度。当测区面积较小时,可将地面视为平面。在较大的测区内,要考虑地球曲率的影响。观测成果一般应归化到参考椭球面上,并按高斯-克吕格投影计算3°带内的平面直角坐标,以便尽量与国家坐标系统一致。 高程控制网用水准测量和三角高程测量方法建立。用水准测量方法建立的高程控制网称为水准网。区域性水准网的等级和精度与国家水准网一致。各等级的水准测量都可作为测区的首级高程控制。三角高程测量精度低于水准测量,常用于地形起伏较大地区测定三角点的高程。三角高程路线一般由边长较短和高差较小的边组成,起迄于用水准联测的高程点。为减弱大气折光的影响,每边应相向观测。最后,对观测值按最小二乘法原理进行平差计算,消除观测值之间的矛盾,求得最可靠的结果和评定测量结果的精度。
