| 解表剂 以解表药为主要组分，具有宣散表邪、发汗解肌、透疹消疮等作用，可以解除表证的一类方剂。主要治疗六淫之邪侵入肌表，引起的各种表证，以及麻疹初期，疮疡初起，兼有发热、恶寒、头痛、身疼、脉浮等表证者。根据外感疾病的寒温性质不同，解表剂可分为辛温解表剂和辛凉解表剂 。此外，由于表证有挟气滞、挟风湿、体虚外感及麻疹初起而有表证等情况，因而又有理气解表剂、解表润燥剂、解表透疹剂及扶正解表剂等不同类型（见表）。
解表剂多用辛散轻扬之品 ，不宜久煎 ，以免药性耗散 ，攻效减弱。解表剂取汗以微汗出为宜，若汗出不彻，则病邪不解；汗出过多，必致耗气伤津。病邪已入里，或麻疹已透，或疮疡已溃，不宜使用解表剂。 |
