测定Ⅰ型变态反应患者周围血中嗜碱细胞上IgE量的一种方法。分离出白细胞,加入变应原培养,确定从白细胞中释放出50%组胺所需加入的变应原量。本法结果一般与皮肤试验相符,但不及后者敏感。优点是体外操作,比较安全,且是定量测定。
