guang dian zhuanhuan光电转换(photovol俪e~~)通过光伏效应把太阳辐射能直接转换成电能的过程。单晶硅太阳电池的理论极限转换效率为28%,但实用太阳电池的转换效率比这要低得多。近几年,随着制造太阳电池技术不断进步,光电转换效率有很大提高。目前,实用单晶硅太阳电池的转换效率已达14%,多晶硅ro%,非晶硅5.5%。影响太阳电他转换效率的主要原因:①电池表面的光反射造成的损失;②部分载流子损失;③长波被底电极吸收转换成热造成的损失;④设计或制造工艺问题。近几年,人们为提高光电转换效率进行不懈的努力,取得了一些进展,如在太阳电池受光面涂一层膜以减少反射损失,采用控制杂质浓度,或在电池底层加个背面电场来减少载流子损失等。总之,提高光电转换效率的方法很多,但要较大幅度提高光电转换效率,应多种技术并用,才能收到良好效果。(毛兆明)
