性状描述:灰黑色具金属光泽的腻滑物质。熔点3527℃。相对密度1.9-2.2。属炭的同素异型体,有良好的导电性和传热性,在常温下化学活泼性限小。
生产方法:原料矿产石墨经氢氟酸;盐酸提纯得纯得到纯石墨粉。第一次提纯:原料石墨含量约89%,含有二氧化硅;铁等杂质。在内衬取氯乙烯的反应桶内,加入石墨粉,盐酸;氢氟酸,用蒸汽加热至120℃搅拌数小时后放入离心机用水洗至中性。提纯后的石墨用气流干燥器干燥,然后先用万能打粉机破碎至325目颗粒度,再经气流粉碎,颗粒度达1.5u左右。经气流粉碎后的石墨粉配上纯浆在振动磨内振动数天,将此物料根据石墨不同颗粒在水中沉降速度不同进行分级。分级后的石墨料,因经过振动磨处理,夹杂着较多杂质,需进行第二次提纯,提纯方法和第一次提纯相同。提纯后的石墨粉灰分不大于0.5%,根据用途配入相应稳定剂;在球磨机内进行球磨混合,即得各类成品。例如配成油剂;粉剂;水剂等。
用途:水剂用作拉制难熔金属的润滑剂;玻璃工业涂模剂;增加导电性能和高温隔热材料,电子工业用于制作遮屏或导电膜等。粉剂用作耐高温润滑剂基料;耐腐蚀泣滑基料,橡胶;塑料的填充料,炭膜电阴以及配制电液。油剂用作润滑剂;高温密封润滑脂;脱模剂等。
