闪腰岔气 闪腰岔气 病证名。腰部之扭挫闪伤。多因力举超重之物而用力过猛，或搬运重物换气失时而力所不及者，造成腰部经络气血郁塞损伤而病。证见患者保护性弯腰、手护，局部疼痛剧烈难忍，腰部功能障碍，不能俯仰、转侧，局部多无红肿，但多串痛，包括腰椎间盘突出症。治宜行气通络化瘀，内服可选复元活血汤，或复元通气散，或舒筋散加味。或按病证而选用推拿按摩使突出之椎间盘复位，或配合施以针灸、气功治疗。
