A novel processing so-called high frequency induction heat gradient (HFIHG) was introduced to prepare the calcium phosphate coating on the titanium and its alloys of good bioactivity and mechanical properties based on the principle that the temperature increase of solution with Ca and P ions thermodynamically promoted the precipitation of calcium phosphate.
