坐落于射洪柳树镇西南二里的通济山中，建于明永乐九年（1411）。清光绪六年（1880）进行较大培修扩建。 该寺座西向东，寺前20山门，次第为弥勒佛殿，大雄宝殿，藏经楼，观音殿，右有厢房，左有戒堂，呈四合院布置。大雄宝殿建于明永乐九年（1411），为明代木结构建筑，抬梁式梁架，脊为镂空花砖建造，二龙缠绕，龙身镶嵌瓷片。藏经楼主楼建于明万历二十六年（1599），右楼为清光绪七年（1882）建，现有清代壁画31幅，水墨淡彩，绘佛经故事及少量民间故事。人物传神，带有浓郁的民间风味。该寺布局合理，结构严谨，线条明快，斗拱古朴大方，脊饰壮观。
