1、遵守铸造设备通用操作规程。
2、工作前，根据块芯高度，调好磨头高度，并锁紧磨头。
3、检查砂轮有无裂纹，如有裂纹，应更换砂轮。
4、先点动试车，然后空运转2-3分钟，并检查砂轮、工作台及其传动系统（电动机、
减速器等）的运动是否平稳，确认一切正常后，方可进行生产。
5、工作时，先启动砂轮，然后启动迥转工作台；停机顺序相反，即先停迥转工作台，后停砂轮。
