对叶片含梗率及PROTOS— 70卷烟机的剔梗签系统对于烟支含签率的影响进行了分析 ,结果表明 :叶片中含梗率的高低直接影响烟支含签率 ,梗导向板高度应≤ 6 7mm ;不同等级的卷烟在风压、负压一定的情况下 ,梗导向板高度与烟支含梗签率成负相关 ,与梗签含丝率成正相关 ;在烟支含梗签率、风压、负压一定的情况下 ,卷烟等级升高梗导向板高度随着增加 ;在梗导向板高度、负压一定的情况下 ,烟支含梗签率与风压成正相关 ;在梗导向板高度、风压不变的情况下 ,随着负压的升高烟支含签率增加、梗签含丝量减少 ;随着烟支含梗签率的降低 ,烟支重量标准偏差也降低 。
