Based on the observations and quantitative analyses of macerals in 29 coal samples,combining with the analysis of chloroform bitumen "A" group component and gas chromatographical analysis of saturated hydrocarbon,the coal facies properties of mega coal seam in Neogene Miocene Xiaolongtan Formation(N1x) in Xianfeng Basin are studied.
通过２９个煤样的显微组分观察和定量分析，结合氯仿沥青“Ａ”族组分分析和饱和烃气相色谱分析，对先锋盆地上第三系中新统小龙潭组（Ｎ１ｘ）巨厚煤层的煤相特征进行了研究。

龙潭飞瀑
在揭西县南山镇西北方，有上、下龙潭。
上龙潭位于龙潭河上游，离条河村不远， 故称条河龙潭或龙潭崆。此处山岩壁立，河 水落差近６０米，飞流直泻，迸珠溅玉，响 声如雷，其下石潭深不见底。下龙潭在田心 村之北，又称田心龙潭，距上龙潭二公里， 从峡谷至潭面，落差约４０米，水泻石缝， 形成百米水帘，犹如睛雪喷山，银珠四溅， 雾气蒸腾，岩下潭水碧蓝，深不可测。此飞 瀑有一奇特现象，即久晴将雨，或久雨将晴 时，常发巨响，声传十里，当地谓之“响空”。
龙潭瀑布周围山青水秀，树林荫翳，清 幽宜人，实为消暑胜地。
