In this study,we measured the vertical distributions of the simultaneously extracted metals(SEM),including Cu,Cd,Ni,Pb,Zn and Fe,and acid volatile sulfide(AVS) in four anoxic sediment cores taken from the estuarine area of the Licun River in Jiaozhou Bay.
对胶州湾李村河口4个站点沉积物中的酸可挥发性硫化物(AVS)以及同步提取金属元素(SEM,包括Cu,Cd,Ni,Pb和Zn)的含量进行测定,以研究重金属元素在河口海湾沉积物中的分布特征及影响其分布的因素。

The environments in landfill layer are analogous to that of marine sediments,so the ratio of AVS to simultaneously extracted metals(SEM) in landfill layer can be determinated referring to the analytical procedures of n(AVS)/n(SEM) in sediments.
填埋场环境与海洋底泥环境相似,因此可以参考沉积物中n(AVS)/n(同步浸提金属,SEM)的测定方法测定填埋层垃圾n(AVS)/n(SEM),发现n(AVS)/n(SEM)<5%。
