禁忌： 有骨髓抑制或肝功能不全者禁用。
不良反应： 骨髓抑制，少数患者可有早搏及心电图异常。可有恶心、呕吐，偶见脱发、口腔炎。
注意事项： 一般情况差，有并发症及心、肺功能不全的病人慎用。
药物相互作用： 与其它抗癌药物联用可发挥协同作用。
