This paper analyzes log responses of tight formations and tight gas reservoirs, correlates vertical formations in a same well and lateral formations in different wells and intra-formational response as well, uses graphic calibration method, analyzes the characteristics of logging curves of tight formations from different perspectives, and thus determines gas potential of tight formation.

最常用于显示细胞、组织内的多糖和蛋白多糖的方法是过碘酸-雪夫反应(periodic acid schiff,pas反应)。基本原理是:糖被强氧化剂过碘酸(hio4)氧化后,形成2-醛基;后者与schiff试剂中的无色品红亚硫酸复合物结合,形成紫红色反应产物,pas反应阳性部位即表示多糖的存在。
