性质:黄色结晶,熔点187-189℃,不溶于水,溶于乙醇,二甲基甲酰胺。可耐硬水500ppm,耐酸至pH=2-3,耐碱至pH=10。

制备方法:由苹果酸(羧基丁二酸)与邻氨基对甲基苯酚缩合而得。将装有分水装置的反应锅中加入165L二甲苯,17.5kg邻氨基对甲基苯酚,10kg苹果酸和0.5kg硼酸,通入二氧化碳,搅拌加热至沸腾,回流12h,冷至135℃以下,加入4kg活性炭,再加热回流半小时,趁热过滤,滤液冷至20℃以下,抽滤,滤饼烘干后用二甲基甲酰胺重结晶,得荧光增白剂DT,收率60%。

用途:主要用于涤纶,涤/棉混纺增白,以及锦纶,醋纤或合成纤维与棉,毛混纺的增白,也可用于退浆,氧化性漂白(氧漂,亚漂),具有良好的耐洗性能,耐晒牢度,特别是升华牢度良好。浸染用量一般为1-2%,轧染用量为25-35g/L。荧光增白剂DT属苯唑类。苯并唑类增白剂大部分是非离子型,可溶于有机溶剂,发出强烈的蓝色或紫色荧光,但难溶于水,所以必须与分散剂一起研磨成细小的颗粒,制成水悬浊液(分散液)的处理液,然后浸渍纤维,并且必须在高温下处理。
