Based on the experience of installation and operation of measurement calibration system used for a development and production project at Muglad Oilfield, Sudan, this paper illustrates the process flow of the system, topological structure of the control system, main equipment and its function, key points of equipment installation, system configuration and commissioning procedure.

The process design,start-up,commissioning and other circumstances were mainly introduced for Zhongxian Natural Gas Purification Plant in this paper,The features and the related problems of the plant were evaluated,and a few suggestions were proposed for design and commissioning of the gas purification plant.

According to the characteristics of international engineering project contract,this paper expatiates on the concept,preparative work and executive procedure for pre-commissioning,commissioning and start-of-run of an international engineering project.

According to application experience of measurement calibration system in handing over trade and production of crude oil in Sudan Fular,the composition,process flow sheet,topology structure of control system,main equipments and their function,operation technology,mathematics model of automatic compensation,configuration and test run of system are introduced.

During its trial run the problens ocurred in turbine proper,its auxiliary systems and control system were solved one by one,and the whole unit was successfully put into operalion finally.

To mitigate the contradiction of there is not enough railway for locomotive trial run, a method of using locomotive stationary rolling test rig instead of trial run on railway was put forward and the feasibility and perspective of application were reasoned.
