主料:脆皮肠

辅料:韭菜苔、鸡蛋

调料:盐、鸡精、胡椒粉、料酒

烹制方法

1、将脆皮肠切开备用,韭菜苔切成段,鸡蛋中加入盐、料酒、胡椒粉和少许清水搅拌均匀;

2、坐锅点火倒入油,待油热后放入脆皮肠稍炒一下取出,倒入鸡蛋翻炒至熟,再放入韭菜苔大火煸炒,

加料酒、盐、鸡精调味,将脆皮肠放入一起翻炒出锅即可。

特点:脆爽清新,是一道佐饭佳肴。
