小管小球反馈机制
在肾缺血或肾受到毒性物质损害初期，近球肾小管钠的重吸收不完全，远球肾小管钠浓度增加，刺激附近的致密斑释放肾素。肾本身具有肾素作用物及激肽酶Ⅱ，故肾内局部血管紧张素升高，引起入球小动脉收缩，肾小球滤过率下降，肾小管内流量减少，乃发生少尿或无尿。此时到达远球肾小管钠浓度也降低，从而消除起初对致密斑刺激的作用，被称为“小管小球反馈机制”。
