Reaction kinetics of catalytic hydrogenation of 4,4'-dinitrodiphenyl ether(DNDPE) on Pd/C catalyst was studied in a high-pressure batch reactor under conditions free from the influence of external and internal diffusions and the kinetics parameters were determined by fitting the changes of DNDPE,and 4,4'-diaminodophenyl ether(DADPE) concentrations with time.

性质:淡黄色针状结晶。熔点159-161℃(98%工业品)。溶于丙酮、氯仿、吡啶和热乙醇,微溶于水。

制备方法:2,4-二硝基氯苯和苯胺按等摩尔比加入水中,先在60℃搅拌反应2h,再在90℃搅拌反应2h。冷却,过滤,洗涤,干燥,得2,4-二硝基二苯胺,收率95-98%。

用途:有机合成中间体。
