强碱类包括氢氧化钠(钾)、氧化钠(钾),碳酸钠(钾)等,含于日常所用的去污剂、擦亮剂、去油漆及烫发剂中。小儿中毒大多因误服引起。服用后口咽处糜烂,先发白继之发红或绿色。重者喉头水肿、肺水肿、窒息、休克及消化道穿孔。碱中毒时头疼、手足搐搦、昏迷。还可有肾损害以致肾功能衰竭。抢救措施禁用洗胃、催吐,可口服食醋、橘汁、牛奶、植物油等;输液纠正脱水、碱中毒,对症治疗。
