At present,the coal-fired units use the selective catalytic reduction(SCR) technology for denitrification treatment of the flue gas to be comparatively much,but many of them are newly constructed units accompanied again with SCR denitrification facility to form a complete set under condition in which the contract of main unit having already been signed,it is inavoidably affecting the boiler.
目前国内采用选择性催化还原脱硝工艺进行烟气脱硝处理的燃煤机组较多,但多数是在主机合同已经签订的条件下再配套SCR脱硝装置,其安装不可避免会对锅炉结构产生影响。

1 原理
在金属催化剂的作用下，喷入的氨把烟气中的NOX还原成N2和H2O。
2 反应式
4NO + 4NH3 + O2 → 4N2 + 6H2O
NO + NO2 + 2NH3 → 2N2 + 3H2O
上述反应在没有催化剂的情况下，只在980°C左右很在的温度范围内进行；但在催化剂的作用下，反应温度可大大降低，约300°C～400°C。
3 加氨系统
3.1 无水加氨系统
氨从氨罐依次进入蒸发器和积聚器，经减压后与空气混合，再喷入烟道中。
3.2 有水氨系统
氨从氨罐经雾化喷嘴进入高温蒸发器，蒸发后的氨喷入烟道中。
