补充资料:烟气脱硝技术简介
1 原理
  在金属催化剂的作用下,喷入的氨把烟气中的NOX还原成N2和H2O。
 
2 反应式
  4NO + 4NH3 + O2  →  4N2 + 6H2O
  NO + NO2 + 2NH3  →  2N2 + 3H2O
  上述反应在没有催化剂的情况下,只在980°C左右很在的温度范围内进行;但在催化剂的作用下,反应温度可大大降低,约300°C~400°C。
 
3 加氨系统
3.1 无水加氨系统
氨从氨罐依次进入蒸发器和积聚器,经减压后与空气混合,再喷入烟道中。
 
3.2 有水氨系统
氨从氨罐经雾化喷嘴进入高温蒸发器,蒸发后的氨喷入烟道中。
