didi guidQo低地轨道(low earth orbit，LEO)轨道高度在距地球表面2 000千米以下的航天器运行轨道。又称近地轨道。 低地轨道包括在其高度范围内，按照航天器的任务需要所选定的太阳同步轨道、极轨道、回归轨道、停泊轨道等。各类轨道的形状多为轨道偏心率接近于零的近圆轨道。在这种轨道上运行的航天器有侦察卫星、气象卫星、地球资源卫星、航天飞机、载人飞船、空间站等。由于轨道高度较低，侦察卫星等军用航天器可以获得高分辨率的照片式图像。20世纪90年代以来，移动通信卫星也采用低地轨道，其优点是单星所需发射费用较低、传输时延短、路径损耗小，可由多颗卫星组成卫星星座，实现全球或区域的移动通信。 在低地轨道上运行的航天器，有些要穿过地球辐射带。地球辐射带中的高能带电粒子是引起航天器的一些材料、器件和人体辐射损伤的主要原因。地球辐射带的下界约为600千米，在3 000千米高度附近，有高能粒子的最大密度区。为了避开地球辐射带对航天器的辐射损伤，在低地轨道中，对载人航天器有利的飞行高度的上界为500千米。航天器返回地球时，在进人稠密大气层之前，完成最后一圈飞行的高度称为临界飞行高度。这一高度取决于航天器的质量和形状，一般认为这一高度的平均值为150千米。低地轨道航天器受高层大气影响，轨道高度有降低的趋势。为了保持轨道高度，或在卫星星座中进行相位保持，需要进行轨道控制。在低地轨道上还运行着许多工作寿命终止或因故障不能工作的航天器、已完成使命的运载火箭末级、航天器抛弃的整流罩等废弃物，以及人造天体爆炸或航天器与微流星体在太空碰撞后产生的碎片。随着航天器发射数量的增加，在低地轨道上的空间碎片和废弃物也随之增多，危及着正常工作的航天器的安全。为此，航天器在设计时应采取防护和预防措施，以减少被碰撞的危险和发生碰撞后的毁坏程度。 (张云形)
