性质:一种功能高分子材料。在高于其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)呈橡胶态时加外力重新赋形,保持新形态并冷却到其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)以下,新形态被固定,再次加热到Tg以上时又能恢复初始形状的热塑性聚氨酯材料。形记忆聚氨酯材料作用机理是高分子内结晶微区形成的物理交联,形记忆温度范围一般在120~180℃。已用于发动机的自动阻气门、头带受话机、矫形设备和曲面遮光玻璃,异型断面和变断面管件,电缆接头连接件,包装,玩具,饰品等。
