| 海水淡化 sea water desalination 除去海水中的盐分以获得淡水的工艺过程。又称海水脱盐。
全世界的淡化装置，近3／4用蒸馏法，其次多采用反渗透法和电渗析法。①蒸馏法。因所用的能源不同，设备和流程也不同，常见的有多效竖管蒸馏、多级闪急蒸馏、蒸汽压缩蒸馏和太阳能蒸馏等法。②反渗透法。利用浓溶液中的溶剂受压而通过半透膜的反渗透过程，将海水中的水分分离出来。因海水的渗透压约为25大气压，为此，必须用高于25大气压的压力，才能使水分从海水中反渗透而分离。实际上采用的操作压力，为海水渗透压的2～4倍。③电渗析法。在直流电场的作用下，水中的离子可通过半透膜而分离出来。电渗析脱盐所用的半透膜，除要求电阻低、透过的选择性高、交换容量大和水的电渗小之外，还要求具备一定的机械强度、尺寸不变和化学稳定性高等。 |
