shal」扭0 fenchen buji筛焦粉尘捕集(dust。olleetson of cokescreening)把筛焦过程中产生的粉尘抽吸入集尘设备内加以处理,使空气得到净化的除尘措施。是筛焦作业的一个重要组成部分。经湿法熄焦后的焦炭表面温度约为50~75℃。在此后的破碎、筛分和转运至贮焦槽的整个处理过程中,焦炭表面的蒸汽与焦炭粉尘一起逸散到作业场所的空气中,空气含尘量一般可达到200~200omg/m3空气。干法熄焦后的焦炭,在此过程中逸散的粉尘更多。20世纪40年代焦化厂开始采用机械通风除尘法处理湿法熄焦的筛焦粉尘。这种方法是用抽风机将作业场所的含尘空气抽吸到一起进行除尘。现在常用的除尘设备有湿法洗涤器和布袋除尘器。中国自50年代开始在焦化厂中设置机械通风除尘设备,但设备易被腐蚀,不能长期运转,因而采用自然通风把水蒸气及粉尘直接排入大气中。此法虽然可减少作业场所空气含尘量,但污染了附近的大气环境。70年代初,在焦炭辊动筛上装设抽风机,筛焦粉尘则用泡沫除尘器处理,处理后排入大气的空气含尘浓度小于15Omg/m“空气。此项技术已在中国焦化厂得到推广。为了解决通风除尘设备的腐蚀间题,80年代中期,集尘设备、抽风机和管道改用玻璃钢或不锈钢制作。从胶带输送机头部落入贮焦槽的焦炭产生大量粉尘,中国一直沿用在贮焦槽上设自然排气管的办法将含尘气体排入大气。排出气体中焦炭粉尘浓度约为100一25omg/m,空气。自然排气管用玻璃钢制作,以减轻构筑物的荷重。采用湿法熄焦时,通风除尘管道内部易被蒸汽冷凝水湿润,粘结粉尘,引起管道堵塞,故需及时清理。在北方寒冷地区,还要采取防冻措施。干法熄焦时的筛焦粉尘,一般多采用袋式过滤器捕集。袋式过滤器收集的焦粉在加湿后,既可送回粉焦胶带输送机上,也可用真空吸送罐车直接送往烧结厂,从而消除了二次污染。 (贺儒良李秀林)
