In order to optimize the equipment for spin-forming and to lay a foundation for the selection of roller working surface and forming parameters,the traditional roller working surface of tubular-shaped workpiece and the characteristics of the spin-forming for cup-shaped thin-walled inner gear are analyzed,and a 3D finite element elasto-plastic model is established by using the MSC.
