kongxing xitong孔型系统(roll pass sequenee)按札制顺序依次排列起来的若干个孔型的组合。大多数型材由方坯或矩形坯通过一系列不同形状的孔型由若干个过渡断面轧至成品断面。这种依次排的一组孔型构成孔型系统,它反映了所轧产品的变形规律。为了将坯料轧成成品,轧件所经过的孔型通常分为延伸孔型系统和精轧孔型来统两大类。轧件在延伸孔型系统中以压缩断面为主;而在精轧孔型系统中以获得最终成品断面尺寸和精度为主。 选择孔型系统是孔型设计的重要的步骤之一。孔型系统的选择是否合理不仅对轧机的生产率、产品质量、各项技术经济指标、轧机机械化操作等都有很大的影响,而且还直接影响到能否轧出成品。不合理的孔型系统无法修改,从而可能导致全套轧棍及其辅件报废。选择孔型系统的总原则是:在产品品种繁多而批量又不大的轧机上,应尽量共用延伸孔型系统;在品种比较单一,即专业化程度较高的轧机上应尽量采用专用孔型系统,以提高轧机产量;在同车间轧制同一类型的产品,最好采用类似的孔型系统,以利于操作,且对轧机产量和产品质量的提高也都有利;孔型系统应有利于达到优质、高产、低消耗;应考虑机前、机后的操作设备便于实现机械化,以减轻体力劳动,同时还要保证调整方便。 (朱殿强)
