The influences of Y-based heavy RE and aging process on microstructure and properties of NBC alloy were studied.
结果表明,NBC合金经过分级时效处理后,耐磨性、耐腐蚀性和电导率有所提高,而显微硬度无明显变化;NBC合金经过稀土微合金化处理后,晶粒细化,显微硬度、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性和电导率均有不同程度的提高;NBC合金在添加了微量稀土的基础上并经分级时效处理后,材料性能进一步提高,特别是耐磨性能显著提高。
