高聚物基复合材料喷射成型sPray一uP for poly-mer matrix eomposites用喷枪将纤维及雾化树脂同时喷到模具表面,经辊压、固化制取复合材料制品的方法。它是从高聚物基复合材料手糊成型开发出的一种半机械化成型技术,主要改进是使用一台喷射设备。 世界上有许多公司和厂家生产各种型号和性能的喷射设备。它们各具特点,根据使用喷射压力分为高压和低压机;根据树脂和固化剂的混合方法以及树脂和纤维的混合方法,分为枪内和枪外混合。一般认为,采用低压、树脂和固化剂枪内混合,而短切纤维和树脂在空间混合较好,并称为低压无气喷射成型。 喷射设备通常由容积式树脂泵、固化剂泵和装有混合器及切割器的喷枪等元件组成。树脂泵与固化剂泵的柱塞由一动臂刚性连接,保证气缸往复运动时各组分流量比正确。调节固化剂泵在动臂上的位置,可以调整冲程长度,获得不同流量的比例。具有一定压力和流量的树脂和固化剂在混合器中充分混合均匀后,在液压作用下喷射成雾滴,连续喷到模具表面;与此同时切割器按工艺要求将纤维切成一定长度,在空间送入树脂流中,均匀地喷到模具表面。 喷射成型工作效率比手糊成型高;采用低压无气内混合喷射设备比用高压外混合设备可节约较多的催化剂和树脂。此外,能喷射出大滴,具有足够的冲击力和渗透力,使粗纱更好渗透。喷射成型广泛用于浴盆、汽车壳体、船身以及大型整体模具等制品。在美国,喷射成型占全部成型方法的27%,居首位。 (周纪发)
