性质:硅钢薄板是指电机、变压器、电讯、电工、仪表等电力电讯工业中制造各类电磁元件用的薄板。它是用含碳低(≤0.06%)、含硅高(0.8%~4.8%)的专用电器工业用钢(标号D)冷轧(或热轧)生产的。硅钢薄板的厚度在0.1~1.0毫米之间,最常见的厚度规格有0.30 、0.35和0.5毫米三种;长度为1200~2000毫米,也可以成卷供应。硅钢薄板还按电气性能指标分级,主要有铁损(越小越好)、磁感(越大越好)、晶粒有无取向(有取向好)等。电讯仪表工业专用的冷轧硅钢带的规格范围是:厚0.05~0.35毫米,宽5~600毫米。
