适应症： 用于巴比妥类及其它催眠药的中毒，也用于减少硫喷妥钠麻醉深度，以加快其苏醒。
性状： 本品为无色澄明液体。
药理毒理： 本品能直接兴奋呼吸中枢及血管运动中枢，使呼吸增加，血压微升。
药代动力学：
用法用量： 静脉注射 每3~5分钟注射50mg，至病情改善或出现中毒症状。静脉滴注 50mg 临用前加5%葡萄糖注射液250~500ml稀释后静脉滴注。 ?
不良反应： 可引起恶心、呕吐。?
禁忌症： 吗啡中毒者禁用。
注意事项： 静脉注射或静脉滴注速度不宜过快，以免产生惊厥。
孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药： 尚不明确。
儿童用药：
老年患者用药：
药物相互作用： 尚不明确。
药物过量： 中毒症状： 恶心、呕吐、肌腱反射亢进、肌肉抽动，甚至惊厥等。也可以引起精神错乱、幻视等迟发毒性反应。处理： 对症治疗和支持疗法。
贮藏： 遮光，密闭保存。
