The water and mathematical modeling was carried out to study the flow field using swirling flow nozzle in continuous casting billet mould,the influent of the angle and location of the blade on flow pattern inside the mould was analyzed.
结果表明:旋流水口使结晶器内的流动均匀,出现上环流区:叶片角度的减小,旋转流股的冲击深度减小,环流区上移,当叶片角度为60°,出现下环流区:转子距水口出口的距离越大,旋转流股的冲击深度越大。

This article uses the high pressure hydraulic system to carry on the cutting different degree of hardness test specimen experiment in the laboratory with different parameter high pressure swirling water jet nozzle.
利用高压水力系统在实验室对不同设计参数的高压水射流喷嘴进行了切割不同硬度试样的试验,找出了喷嘴参数与割缝宽度和深度的关系,优化了割缝喷嘴的设计和加工参数,为高压旋转水射流割缝喷嘴的设计和加工以及割缝技术在煤矿瓦斯抽采领域的应用提供了实验依据。

The influences of alternative rotating flow on the flocculation were investigated qualitatively,and the results showed that the alternative rotating flow promoted the formation of flocs and modified floc structure.
通过分析交替旋转水流对絮凝过程的影响,揭示了这一特殊的水流运动方式对絮团的形成具有促进作用,同时对形成的絮团具有特别的剪切与修饰作用。
