补充资料:蜜汁荷叶包饭
原料:
大米150克 糯米150克 干玉米粒50克 绿豆50克 蜜饯100克 白糖100克 冰糖100克 鲜荷叶4张
制法:
1.大米、糯米、干玉米粒、绿豆分别入清水锅煮至八成熟捞起;蜜饯切成细末;鲜荷叶入沸水锅略焯一水,捞起透凉待用。
2.把煮后的大米、糯米、干玉米粒、绿豆纳盆,加入白糖、蜜饯混合均匀,制成饭坯。
3.荷叶逐张铺在砧板上,将和好的饭坯放在荷叶上卷成大小均匀的卷,然后入笼蒸约30分钟,取出改刀成小节,剥去荷叶装盘。
4.净锅上火,掺入适量清水,加入冰糖熬至糖液浓稠时,起锅淋入盘中,即成。
特点:
香甜滋糯,鲜美可口。
