Firstly, quality characteristics (QCs) are defined, the three-layer model and technical connotation of quality characteristics are presented, then the concept of key quality characteristics (KQCs) is presented and its evolution process model is created, and the key activities of KQCs evolution are discussed in the context of design for quality (DFQ).

补充资料:保压时间之概念
保压时间的设定是为控制保压产生作用的时间,保压时间设定不足将使产品发生尺寸、重量不安定。但保压时间设定太长,又会影响成形效率。适当的保压时间是维持到浇口凝固的时间即可,同时保压大小与保压时间的适当配合,可使程序式保压控制发挥最大效用。
保压系为了射出终了时密封注道及因体积收缩的补偿,因此保压必须高于内部残留的压力。
保压时间设定如果在最大有效保压时间之前停止,亦 即保压时间过短,则可能产生下列之结果:1.凹陷;2.气泡;3.重量不足;4.尺寸较小;5.由于熔胶之回流产生内部配向。;6.更高的翘曲,尤其在半结晶性的材料;7.更大尺寸波动;8.收缩率增加设定有效的。
保压时间至少须到注道固化,一般约为冷 却时间的30%即够。
