In order to study the antioxidant activities of nature extract such as Aernaria przewalskii Maxim、Gentiana aristata Maxim、Oxytropis ochrocephala Bunge、Saussurea stella Maxim,we adopted Over-storag method to induce lard occurring peroxide reaction,and detected peroside value as the basis of estinating antioxidant activities.

形态特征:龙胆科龙胆属多年生草本植物，高10-20厘米。叶对生，矩圆状披针形或线状披针形，长2.5-4厘米，宽0.5-1厘米，钝尖，基部变狭连合，营养枝的叶莲座状。花数朵簇生茎顶端，头状，基部被茎上部的3-5叶所包围;花萼漏斗状，裂片不等大，条状披针形;花冠漏斗状，紫色，裂片卵形，子房椭圆形，具柄。蒴果，种子灰褐色，近圆形，表面蜂窝状。
