水文站网是水文工作的重要基础,本文介绍了水文测站和水文站网的基本概念,对我国不同时期的水文站网的建设发展历程进行了回顾,结合经济社会发展的需求对水文站网的现状和问题进行了评价,对水文站网的发展进行了展望。

| 气象站 meteorological station 泛指设在陆地和海上（船舶和浮标等）实施气象观测的场所，设有气象观测场和进行观测的仪器设备。按观测内容和任务的不同可以分为两大类。①地面气象站。以气象观测场为观测平台，进行地面上1.5米高处的气温、空气湿度、气压；10米高处的风向和风速；以及降水量、蒸发量、辐射、土壤温度(或水温)、云、能见度和天气现象等项目的观测。观测所使用的仪器、时间、操作步骤以及资料整理的方法均在观测规范上有严格的规定。按其任务的不同，可分为天气站、气候站、农业气象站、海洋气象站、水文气象站和航空气象站等。其中天气站的资料还需编发地面气象电报传往世界各地。近年来，又增设了由电子设备或计算机控制的无人气象站(或称自动气象站)。②高空气象站。设在陆地和海洋上的高空气象观测场所，其主要任务是定时施放测风气球或探空气球，探测30千米以下各空气层上的风向、风速、温度、湿度和气压值。按观测规范的规定，定时进行观测和资料处理，并编发成高空报传向世界各地。 |
