性质:使用的是具有大面积的可逆氧化还原电极,电容来源于电化学氧化还原反应,电压V随荷电量Q的变化而变化。dQ与dV之比为氧化还原电容,比双电层电容器大10~100倍。典型的氧化还原电容是RuO2H2SO4RuO2体系,电极反应为    2RuO2+2H++2e-=Ru2O3+H2O若用导电聚合物如聚苯胺作电极的电化学电容器,不仅在表面而且在整个膜的体相内都可储存电荷,每2~3个单体就可以有一个电子的电荷,达到500C/g。
