一、碱木素介绍:

碱木素俗称木糖粉,它是利用碱法制浆废液经过最新生产工艺,喷雾干燥而成。由于碱木素中胶体分子有带电的核和溶剂化外壳,构成亲水基因,从而具有一定的表面活性,掺入混凝土中能起一定的减水效应。

二、主要技术指标:

外观:棕(黄)褐色粉末

水不溶物:≤1.5%

ph值:8~10

水份:≤5.0%

细度:80目通过率≥95%

三、主要用途

1、型煤造气粘结剂,水煤浆分散剂;

2、[[水泥]]生产的助磨剂;

3、[[陶瓷]]、耐火材料生产粘合、增强剂;

4、铸造、砂模粘合剂;

5、[[复合肥]]、[[氮肥]]生产造粒剂;双高饲料处理剂;

6、碱木素化学改性主要原料;

7、用做木质素磺酸钠减水剂生产的主要原料,也可适配用做普通混凝土减水剂。

四、包装、贮存及运输:

1、包装:内衬塑料薄膜外用聚丙烯编织袋双层包装,25kg/包。

2、贮存:存放于干燥通风处,应注意防潮防湿。长期存放不变质,如有结块,粉碎或

溶解后不影响使用效果。

3、运输:本产品无毒无害,系非易燃易爆危险品。采用汽车、火车运输均可。
