In order to obtain the composite microbial system for oil displacement and evaluate the capacity of oil-displacement,an inoculant with high effective and stable oil displacement was obtained with the method of limited cultivating using emulsification ability and degradation rate to the petroleum as a criterion at 50 ℃.
