性质:凝胶色谱法测定聚合物分子量分布的分离机理之一。当多分散聚合物分子的溶液在色谱柱中流经多孔凝胶时,体积小的分子,可以进入许多孔后再出来,因而推迟了许多时间才能流出色谱柱,而体积较大的分子被排除进入任何孔或只能进入少数大的孔,因而较早流出柱。这样分子就被按体积大小不同而被分开。这种方法是目前最常用的。
