With the help of four kinds of culture mediums,bacteria are separated from twelve samples are taken from the upper sediment in Dian Chi Lake.
利用钻孔和挖掘的方法从滇池底泥获得12个样品,利用阿须贝无氮培养基,硝化菌、亚硝化菌培养基及硝酸盐培养基分离其中的优势菌,并进行计数、鉴定及分析,结果发现,滇池底泥广泛分布有与氮素循环有关的细菌。

The sediments and overlying water sampled from two different ponds A and B were placed in glass aquaria and cultured for 4 months under indoor environment to simulate pond environment, and six treatments were designed in the experiment to compare their effects on the forms of P and the content of dissolved reactive phosphorus (DRP).
取两个池塘底泥和上覆水进行室内模拟水体小环境试验,设对照组及5个处理组,进行4个月培养,采用连续分组法测定底泥中无机磷形态及其含量,分析底泥潜在无机磷变化及其与上覆水体可溶性活性磷(DRP)含量的关系。
