性质:指成纤性聚合物经化学或机械处理而得的纤维状聚集体。性能与聚合物种类和生产工艺有关,对位芳酰胺浆粕具有优良的高温尺寸稳定性、强度和耐磨性,间位芳酰胺浆粕具有良好的电绝缘和热老化性等。制法有:(1)离心纺丝;(2)纺丝溶液在凝固液中的高速搅拌沉析法;(3)重力诱导剪切法,即某些聚合物液晶溶液流过一定倾度支撑板形成凝胶后,施加剪切力而得微纤化浆粕;(4)高速凝固液流的液晶高分子溶液干喷-湿纺;(5)对位芳酰胺短切纤维经湿态针梳、压延等处理而得原纤化浆粕。用于合成纸、树脂和橡胶增强剂、摩擦材料和密封填料、集成电路板、火车闸瓦、电绝缘纸和蜂窝结构材料等。
