分析。纯化液中,某些农药经色谱或其它方法进行侧定,最常用的是气液色谱法和薄层层析法两种。气液色谱法,一般采用电子捕获检侧器、氮碑检侧器或火焰光度检侧器进行检侧。薄层层析法,用氧化铝、硅胶作吸附剂,用粘合剂涂在薄板玻瑞上,活化后,将纯化液浓缩,点在其上,用不同极性的溶剂使其展开,分离定t。其他尚有高效液相色谱法、高效薄层分析法等。 定性和定t①定性:可采用气液色谱法,用不同极性色谱柱,对照标准农药保留时间定性。也可用薄层层析法或其他化学衍生法进一步验证。②定量:用气液色谱分析侧出的某一农药的峰面积或峰高,与已知浓度的标准农药面积、峰高相对照定量,具体采用方法,有外标法和内标法两种。薄层层析定量,则要侧出样品中农药斑点面积,对照已知浓度标准农药斑点面积,计算出样品中的农药浓度。峰面积、峰高、斑点面积、保留时间、比移值,可用手工方法侧出,也可用徽型电脑积分仪、薄层层析扫描仪测定。 ,今书目 樊.芳主摘:《农药残留t分析与检侧》,上海科技出版社,1982,上海。 (蒋德姆)茶叶农药残留t检验(pestieide residu·es insPeetion of tea)茶叶检验之一。检测因防治病虫害施药或其恤原因而残存于茶叶中的农药及其有毒代谢产物的技术措施。茶叶中农药最高残留限量,是根据某一农药的每人(平均体重50一70千克)每天允许摄入量、普查所得的实际残留量(异常值除外)以及每人每天茶叶饮用量等因子计算出允许限量,再乘以一定的安全系数后订出的。农药残留t用 ppm作为计算单位,不少国家对此订有相应的限t标准和管理条例。 检验方法有一次检侧法和单一农药检测法之分,前者又称一步法,即一次分析可检测出多种残留农药,后者以茶叶中某一特定农药作为检侧对象。侧定方法与步骤如下: 茶样制备有茶叶法和茶汤法两种。茶叶法是将样品磨碎通过20目筛网,装入玻瑞瓶内备用。茶汤法是取样4一6克,加沸水量是茶样量的60倍,浸泡5分钟,过滤后备用。 抽提方法抽提溶剂有正己烷、石油雌、二氛甲烷、抓仿、乙酸乙酸、丙砚、甲醉、乙腑等。抽提方法有如下5种:①妈碎法:在组织捣碎机中,高速拐碎2一3分钟,如乳化,则可用离心分离或其他方法破乳过滤,滤渣再抽提一次,合并滤液定容。
