The results show that the sewage from the Liuhe River, influenced by the ebb currents of the Changjiang River, flows downstream along the south bank and forms the near bank pollution belt.

By analyzing the content of the heavy metals Zn,Cu,Cr and Pb in the sediment of tide flats with sewage outfall and the control point which has no sewage outfall, some conclusions are arrived.

Based on the characteristics of economic development and serious water pollution of the middle and lower Hanjiang River, an optimization model for discharge outlet distribution on the river section is developed so as to make full use of the water environment capacity and save investment.
针对汉江中下游经济发展和污染加剧的特点,为合理充分利用水环境容量,节约投资,建立了汉江中下游排污口最优化模型,并应用分段线性化及线性优化理论对该模型进行了求解分析;最后通过对规划年进行排污口最优化的实例验证了该模型的可靠性。

针对沈阳市经济发展和污染加剧的特点,为合理充分利用浑河水环境容量,节约投资,建立了浑河沈阳段主要排污口最优化模型,并应用分段线性化对该模型进行了线性化,进而确定排污口最优化线性模型,最后通过M atlab软件求解出各排放口的污水允许排放浓度及最低的处理费用。
