分子式C5H5N5·H3PO4,分子量233.14。学名6-氨基嘌呤磷酸盐。存在于茶叶和甜菜汁中。白色粉末或针状结晶。无味。熔点365℃。难溶于冷水,溶于沸水。微溶于乙醇,溶于乙醚和氯仿。有刺激白细胞增生作用。用于防治各种原因引起的白细胞减少症,特别是用于肿瘤化学治疗时引起的白细胞减少症。可由丙二酸二乙酯制得4,6-二羟基嘧啶,然后经硝化、氯化、氨化、环合等反应得到6-氨基嘌呤。
